Refund and Return Policy

Please return defective or damaged items within 3 days of receiving it. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of product(s) with their system. Laptop Sensei takes no responsibility for incompatible equipment. Defective or damaged items can only be replaced. Refunds will be provided only if the item is not available.

Upon receiving the item kindly inspect for any damage. If any damage is found kindly report to us with accompanying photos.
